“I ordered flowers this morning and less than four hours later I've had a call from the recipient saying how thrilled he is with them. Somehow you accidentally managed to deliver a bouquet with his favourite flowers in! Thank you so much for responding so quickly and making it appear like I'd put serious thought into it! I'd send you flowers to say thank you but you've probably got enough ;-) Zena”

“hello first, i triedto book on line with inreflora, what a joke, both numbers they gave were not working, i needed to order flowers urgently, i looked at your web page i ordered in five minutes with a kind helpful voice, on the other end sorry i carnt recall her name, her upsell skills were good , haha thank you,”

“Because I was on holiday and therefore it was the last minute when I could organise some funeral flowers Verdure Flowers staff where all wonderfully understanding and helpful and made a very stressful time for me less so......... thank you once again to everyone, the flowers were amazing”
