“Customer service was brilliant. Flowers were as described and expected. Purchase was for a funeral and as the flowers were hand tied, was provided with a bucket and water to keep in overnight so flowers remained as fresh as possible. This was offered/recommended by the florist at no extra cost. Delivery was on-time, and was advised right up to point of delivery. Would definately use again and recommend.”

“Flowers were beautiful, and the recipient loved them. Ordered after 10pm, and delivery happened next day before 9.30, without having to pay for an early delivery. My only minor gripe would be that the recipient advised that the flowers were left outside on the step without knocking, meaning they sat outside for a while unnoticed.”
