“There are two major things that I appreciate about Venn Group: i. There is very good customer service, even when you are on the role ii. The role is as described in the pre - interview unlike a number of agencies that you have worked with. I will like to express my gratitude to the Staff that I have had the privilege to work it.”

“I have worked for Venn Group for a whilst and although I am happy with the service at times feedback is slow and I think the Venn consultants could be more proactive with the choice of roles on offer.”

“Helpful staff. the form filling is very tedious and too many forms to complete however the service is good . Only agency that thanked the nhs for caring for family and friends at our 70 years of NHS this year . The reason I have given one less * is due to having to change my Payrole company as it was a hassle changing companies . Thank. You”

“Approach on the phone is very poor and often tone unhelpful, particularly when no enquiry to check that the call can be taken. Generally it feels the agents are only interested in the longevity of the placement not the person.”

“Since the start of my interim position Venn Group has been in regular contact. Thomas has been great, met for a coffee on a couple of occasions and has always been on hand to answer any questions.”
