“I would like to provide my praise on the high level of customer service, efficiency and support offered by my consultant Lucy Hertzberg she supported the recruitment process to place me in my current role and helped me test my IT equipment prior to a MS teams interview. “The Venn Group have been fantastic in every way. David Preedy found me on LinkedIn and called me up to ask if I wanted to apply for a position as I fit the criteria. From there, he worked with me to make sure my application, CV, cover letter and interview prep were all absolutely rock solid. Even during my placement, he's been on hand to help with admin such as payslips and calls to check how I'm doing. I can't fault David in any way. When my tenure in my current role comes to a close, I will be speaking with him again. Just fantastic at his job. Gives recruitment consultants a good name. Give David Preedy a raise.”

“Everything was very straight forward. However, I’m not happy about my hours per week. I was told I was paid per day. As I usually work more than 37.5 hours per week I asked for my timesheet to be changed to hours. After a week my boss told me I needed to stick to 37.5 hours per week. My agent didn’t tell me that?! Also, I asked my agent for feedback from where I’m working and he didn’t get back to me.”

“I was very impressed by the professional service provided by Sinan Osman with a fantastic personal touch which is hard to find these days. The care and attention to detail of explaining the role and knowledge of the client was much appreciated to help me prepare for the interview. Sinan was always available to answer my calls and responded to all my emails and messages quickly. I was really impressed and felt confident with the Application and interview process. I was very grateful to receive a call from Sinan on the morning of my interview, checking if I was ok, providing encouragement and checking if I had any questions. This simple call put me at ease and gave me further confidence. I’m very grateful for the support I received before the interview and after I learned I had secured the position. I’ve liaised with many consultants during my job hunting and I can confidently say Sinan is by far one of the best and I would definitely recommend him.”

“Amazing Team. Great communication, great aftercare and follow up calls. I have had a lot of experience with recruitment agencies but Venn Group is by far the BEST, TOP TIER agency I have worked with. “Venn Group have been absolutely brilliant. I contacted them in the middle of lockdown as I was relocating and therefore needed a new job. Not only did they manage to place me in a role in the middle of a pandemic (when very few people were hiring), they were also there to help prep me for the interview; support me in my transition into the new role; and checked in when I had settled to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I have recently been offered a permanent contract with my new firm (I was originally on a temporary contract) and I owe it all to Venn Group. I would like to particularly thank Sophie Anderson and Charlotte Dickinson for all of their help!”
