Sorry guys but currently I'm unhappy about not being able to get a refund. It was my first ( large) order with yourself - treating myself to some new kit for xmas. But, misjudged the sizing - all too small- for which I apologized on the returns form. I followed the returns policy and posted it on Saturday. It cost me £11+ to send back special delivery- only to have it returned. One of your staff put a sticker on it - surely the parcel could have been held by you until the staff return after xmas. I am hoping I will be able to get a refund after xmas.

Dissapointing that despite the web page saying free returns when we placed an ordef we have had to pay postage.

Not that impressed my order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. It was too big so it cost me £5.35 to return signed for. If it was tracked it would of cost over £8 had to pay this much to cover for the cost if lost. The refund in all fairness was very quick. Gave 3 stars for the quick refund.

New to me, but recommended by my sister. Started out very well, though I got the some of the sizing wrong and had to return some things for a bigger size. Thought it was going well, with good response to my emails, but the reality turned out to be different. In end, after much waiting I was refunded, as larger size now unavailable (despite being 'new' stock). Bought directly from Endura direct - and got the size I required very quickly (two days).

The initial delivery was fast and efficient but I had to return my jacket to exchange it for a different size. The returns process was slow and communication was poor. I did eventually get an email in response to my 2 x emails and 2 x phone messages and the replacement jacket arrived shortly after. I know the VV team is small and everyone is working hard but it might be better to make clear that the returns process is not as slick as the initial purchase.

The order did take a while to arrive. I was notified of dispatch but it still took another 2 weeks before it arrived.

I purchased a Stolen Goat jacket. I had to return it for a larger size as it was very small. I am normally size 12/14 (M) I have had to get a XL! The jacket is OK - I rate it very average and overpriced. Will not be buying Stolen Goat again. Velo Vixen was very efficient.

Hi, Selina - sorry to hear you were disappointed with the jersey. Whilst we don't doubt your disappointment, for what it's worth we are using the same design regularly and love it. As a sidenote, the Kiko is designed as a snug fitting jersey rather than a jacket, which you may have anticipated to be more roomy? The items took a while to be dispatched. The Madison jersey is fair quality. The socks look lovely but are coming apart after 1 wash.

Hi, Sophie - as per our separate response, we can only apologise for the sock situation and will sort it if you can return them to us. As to the timing, just to clarify we have a target of 1-3 working days, as per the delivery details on the site, to dispatch packages to customers. This allows us to offer a wider range of stock to our customers, with some products needing to be bought in from suppliers to fulfil orders. In your case, we received your order on the Thursday and dispatched your product the following Monday, so although we would love to be able to send everything sooner than that, it was strictly within our target timescale. Products bought as a gift were greatly appreciated. However I paid for next day delivery (which was offered with a time-slot for purchase next to each item -and even made me choose differently as the perfect gift item wasn’t available quite so fast). Delivery took over a week, and even after subtracting a missed delivery (the recipient was in at the time) took much longer than next day and I could have selected the exact item and saved money on next day delivery (and included apologies for a missed birthday).

I wish some of your lovely gear was less expensive !! Decent service, although a courtesy email to say that a return for refund / exchange has been received would be an improvement- I had to chase to ascertain that my parcel had not gone astray.
