“I bought thes gloves for my wife. She finds them warm, comfortagle and a good fit. The tips of the finger work an i phone screen which is a bonus as this was not in the description. Delivery was very prompt following placing my order. Philip Jordan”

Hello, Annie - sorry your order never made it to you, but just to clarify (as per your email correspondence with Fran) the address you put on your order 'your road name', Cardiff. Naturally, that wouldn't be enough for it to be delivered, so it was duly returned to us and we refunded you almost 3 weeks ago. Do feel free to reorder, however, and we will get it out to you again. “This was my first time using VeloVixen. Initially I contacted them re sizing and received a prompt and helpful reply which enabled me to go ahead and place an order. The Pearl Izumi shorts are a perfect fit and were very comfortable during a 50 mile ride. Very pleased with the service and product.”
