“I’ve recommended you to so many of my female cycling friends as a specialist supplier of gear that is designed for and fits us women. Bought a bundle of stuff for my student daughter who returned to us for lockdown and to my great pleasure has started cycling seriously on an old bike of mine. Your padded knickers that can be worn under regular exercise tights are a particular success!”

“After waiting a month for my order I was sent the wrong size. It was replaced quickly but I wanted a refund by this time. Then when I returned both items I was not refunded the full amount! So far I have not received a response to my query regarding this. Not impressed”

“I have purchased several cycling jerseys from Velovuxen, namely Stolen Goat and Endurance. All have been Suberin quality and totally fulfil my requirements. The service from ordering through to deliver is excellent. But more importantly all queries are answers promptly and efficiently. “I ordered a cycle jacket online And the item was in stock as I thought I didn’t get no email saying it wasn’t in stock I waited over a week and then sent an email asking about my order I was told that they had to order it in I then waited another week for the item which on r arrive eventualy I was pleased with I know that under the recent circumstances things are taking longer but I should have be given an alternative either informing me where the item was or asking me if I wanted a refund I would have said no to the refund as I wanted the item”

“Ordered a new helmet, bib shorts and jacket and they arrived within 48hrs, were of fabulous quality and are now my go to set of shorts and helmet. Jacket will wait till the cooler weather! Definitely going to shop with them again as SO nice having a site dedicated to women as opposed to having to trawl through all the men’s stuff to find what I want. Plus love all the helpful and relevant emails they sent with tips on cycling as a female. Top site! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
