“I love VeloVixen but on my latest purchase some tech hitch made it look like my basket hadn’t emptied despite the order going through, and that resulted in several emails offering discount if I checked out. Felt a bit cheated as if I’d dithered I would have saved money. I did raise the issue but only got confirmation of order. Bit of a shame really. My order did arrive promptly and was as expected - just full price! I would suggest not offering the discount to unprocessed baskets.”

“The service VV offer (Fran specifically as she’s who I dealt with!), is fantastic! The past year has been a challenging time for all businesses, but with an uptake in cycling it’s obviously been a very busy time for you all.
