“I was sent a small pair of gloves despite asking for a medium. I have sent an email enquiry and had no answer, I have also phoned and left a message ... no answer. I have subsequently posted the gloves back and hope someone will respond to my query when they have the product in front of them.”

“Nice site layout, attractive design, easy to find what I wanted. The item I chose was listed as "In Stock" so let me checkout and complete the order. A few days later I got an email saying it's no longer available and refund is on it's way. That was quite annoying as I stopped looking elsewhere after placing the order, so getting the item I wanted was delayed for over a week. But the other item I bought (and it arrived quick) was perfect, thanks!”
