“Easy to use web site; I am not usually an online shopper as I love the physical shopping experience with all that touchy, feely, stuff. With great descriptions of products, I felt able to judge sizes well, so no returns needed. I can recommend the Madison sportive race halter neck bib shorts to anyone with hand arthritis as the lack of grippy waist makes them painfree to pull on/ off ... Oh, and my tush isn't complaining either! Forewarned about the length of any delay during Covid19, so forearmed and relaxed about the new scheduling needed. Stay safe on and off the bike Vixens.”

“I purchased Endura padded boxer pants,Hoo ha cream and Sealskinz gloves.Boxers and gloves are a great fit and really comfortable. Hooha cream lovely to use.I can recommend all the products.Great service too!”

“We sent the clothing back and you received it over a week ago and as yet we have had no response. The top stated medium but it was to small, we have asked for a large in a different colour. When we contacted you, the comment was, there are only two people here the rest have been furloughed and we have been experiencing high demand. If that is the case don’t you think you should take more staff off furlough and provide a better service. Even if that means working shifts to protect your staff. Regards Denis Brophy”

Hi, Denis - sorry it's taking a little longer than we'd like. We're going as fast as we can, and as you'll be aware exchanges with any sized company will often take a couple of weeks or more. We generally like to do it faster than that, but we're both already working all hours. Liz, our furloughed employee, can't leave our 2 children at home alone and employing somebody else is obviously not possible at the moment. We'll get to it as soon as we can. One thing to mention is that if you want a different colour (rather than just a different size), we will need to refund you and you will need to place a separate order. “VeloVixen is my go-to place to buy cycling kit. Their own range is excellent quality and the designs are great. They also stock other major brands. But importantly they stock brands they know well and know to be good quality. They can also help with sizing advice, which can be tricky for cycling kit, and can suggest the most suitable choices for specific events etc. They also have a friendly facebook community.”

“I purchased some bits at the beginning of lockdown... delivery was clearly shocked due to corona virus, which I did have to chase a couple of times, but the communication from the customer service team was great. Would hope not to wait 4 weeks for a pair of socks again!”
