“Just want to say thank you so much for your brilliant customer service! I emailed asking whether Fran could source me a specific C&C jacket that wasn’t on the website - which she did, I then realised I forgot to add something else to the order (a velopac) and emailed her again. She answered in super quick time, asked me to order it and she’d refund the postage. Well within two hours of me placing the order, I had the refund and an email saying the velopac had been dispatched! I wasn’t expecting it to be posted separately (and therefore incurring a second postage cost to VV) to the jacket which is coming next week as it has to come from the supplier. Absolutely amazing service, thank you so much, I’m delighted and will be coming back again for more goodies in the future 🤩”
