“My Bib shorts didnt fit but returning them was a pleasure! The Vixens generated a label and linked me straight to the Royal Mail where I was able to decide how to return them. I splashed out and for 30p was able to arrange for them to be picked up from my house at a day and time convenient to me. A very well thought process. Thank you.”

“Great customer service from Velovixen when I had to return a cycling top as it was supposed to be large but in effect was very small. So the reason for “good” & not “excellent” is that Velovixen needs to make sure suppliers sizes are an accurate reflection of UK sizes otherwise I would have had no complaint.”

“I have placed a couple of orders from VeloVixen and have been extremely impressed by how quickly the goods arrived. The quality is fabulous and yes it is expensive compared to other makes, but I will be buying more from them in the future. Information provided via text to say where my parcel was and being delivered was extremely helpful.”
