“The Hoo Ha Glide cream is the best, most crucial purchase I make on a regular basis. I don't buy any other chamois cream. This is superb and I have recommended it / bought it for, my fellow female cycling friends. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Very happy and satisfied customer.”

“Absolutely love my Splat jersey. Unfortunately the size small was a little snug so I returned it and reordered a medium. Shipping was swift, as was refund. Will definitely be buying my winter kit from Velo Vixen!”

“I would like to buy more from you but I struggle to find the choice. I resist buying from China site (light in the box) but they do have a variety. Can we not do something like that with quality being the drive. Thank you Barbara”

I'm a little unsure about what you mean exactly... is it choice of brands, product types, sizes...? Our small team beavers away night and day trying our darnedest to give as wide a choice as we can, but as a family business we are at the opposite end of the spectrum from the massive multinational retailers. So we do operate within limitations. We are certainly hoping to continue expanding our collection as time goes by. “I love VeloVixen. It is my first port of call when looking for cycling gear. Having a website dedicated to women’s cycling is brilliant. I know I am going to find a wide range of clothing and accessories, all specifically designed for women. I know that if it is on the VeloVixen website it is going to be good quality and effective and not just an after-thought by a male-focused producer. VeloVixen has always been ready to help and advise via email too. I recommend the website to all my cycling friends.”

“I looked long and hard to find baggy MTB short for women. It seemed that the only ones that were available for women were those lycra types. I truly given up hope and was about to order men’s baggy shorts. I stumbled across VeloVixen and I couldn’t believe the range of baggy shorts! They look feminine, come in different sizes and have amazing colours. I ordered a size too small and received a size up in no time. I am really happy with the fit and the short are so comfortable for off roading! Definitely buying again from them.”

“Easy to use website and great products, the female range of clothing is much better than most I’ve seen on other websites. I found returning an item a little tricky as it wasn’t clear on how to do this online, there only seemes to be instructions if you were outside the UK. I also paid for the postage whereas other companies offer free returns, the return was reimbursed straight away however. All in, a good experience and would recommend the company others. I feel the company could improve on their return instructions however.”

Just to clarify, the Returns link is available at the bottom of all pages on our site, and guides you straightforwardly through the process for free Royal Mail returns. We don't include physical returns forms in packages as our rate of returns is relatively low and we try to be responsible in how much paper we send out, but do let us know if you feel there are ways to improve it further.
