“The gilet arrived fast but was too small. Sent it back got an email super quick to say it was back at the warehouse. Second one arrived fast and is perfect. I’ve had a good few items from Velovixen now and highly recommend. A pleasure to wear the items.. I’m sure they help me ride better! Thank you Velovixen.”

“First purchase and I got the size wrong - returned for an exchange but you were out of stock so refund provided. I contacted you to see when you’d have more in my size and was told you’d just had some returned so I managed to get the top I wanted!!! Fab, efficient service.”
