“Excellent communication. Good range of products. Good service by honouring a product exchange just outside their 15 days returns period. It would be nice if they would extend the returns window in line with other retailers in the segment as this seems very short, especially if buying as a gift.”

“I ordered an Altura winter jacket in the sale, and someone must have been ready and waiting to pack it on the spot as my Friday night order arrived Tuesday. This jacket is so brilliantly designed that I deliberately choosing cold wet days to go out, so that I can revel in the wonderful warmth, flexibility and waterproofing where I need it. Best bit of cycling kit I have bought yet. Love the Friday night email, I have to try hard not to buy something every week, especially when I already have a glass in my hand by the time I read it!”
