“Clothing came up very short for me (I’m only 5ft 6). Returns process was lengthy as Velovixen had no record of one of my parcels - refund sent once I provided receipt. Still awaiting one refund from a parcel that was partially refunded. No comms reply for a week - Gutted that my first experience was a bad one, not sure I shall return”

“Great website, great customer service. I sent a cycling top back as it was just a little bit too tight for me. A very quick refund and I was able to order another one which came very quickly. I have an issue with the top, the zip is soooo difficult to do up and I worry that in time it will just stop working altogether. It’s hit and miss and doesn’t do up every time sadly. Takes me a while to sort it.”

“I purchased the new shorts with the VeloVixen orange vixen system and they are a perfect fit. In the past I have worn shorts that slip down when off the bike and cause tight red marks from the elastic on the cuffs. These shorts are brilliant, they stay in the correct position and the cuffs just adhere to your skin with no marks. These shorts have a feminine cut to flatter us ladies and are most comfortable in the saddle.”
