“I initially bought the wrong size. Tried to ring and sort out a swap but nobody answered the phone. My email wasn't answered. I ended up ordering another size before VV had received the first ones back as I was worried about them selling out. This meant I lost out on using my strava discount code. Shame nobody responded to my stock enquiry as doing so could have meant I could have waited and done a postal swap which would have saved me a significant amount of money.”

“Only negative was lack of communication when supplier let them down ( they made up for this by upgrading my delivery to next day) really shouldn’t have worried.”

Hi, Rachael - thanks for your review! Just to clarify, our returns period is now 28 days, which we feel should be enough for most situations. Whilst big firms have the commercial luxury of being able to offer longer periods than this, we realistically can't afford to do this but we will always try to be human in dealing with each case.
