“happy with my order but i do wish you would stop sending me emails. I have unsubscribed twice now but still keep getting marketing emails. This is enough to stop me from buying from you again. Do you not realise it has the exact opposite effect on customers when you constantly fill inbox's with junk mail! very frustrasting.”

Hi, Carmel - sorry about the emails. We've noted that you unsubscribed this morning, so you won't get any more emails through from us. However, we can't see any sign of a previous unsubscription, so there may have been a glitch before. Needless to say, newsletters are a vital part of how we run as a business, but once a customer unsubscribes we'll always respect that - in fact, our software legally won't let more newsletters to be sent. “I put on order in for some items that I needed for a weekend away unfortunately they didn’t arrive in time but Liz phoned me and let me know. She even offered for them to be sent where I was staying so I’d have them for my time away. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Excellent customer service with great products.”

“Great website, easy to order and very fast despatch. The padded cycling pants I recently bought were an expensive leap in the dark, considering that I am disabled and have just started to ride again after decades, on an electric bike and they made a huge difference! So comfortable and completely discreet under ordinary clothes. Worth every penny and would never think of riding without them. I have already recommended them, and Velovixen to my family in London and Perth, Australia!”

“I went cycling with my twin sister and brother in law for a weekend in New Forest the velovixen pants were excellent . And washed Saturday evening and dry for Sunday’s cycle too. My sister and I were both wearing them and found them the best we’d worn for our cycle trips.”
