Hi, Sophie - as per our separate response, we can only apologise for the sock situation and will sort it if you can return them to us. As to the timing, just to clarify we have a target of 1-3 working days, as per the delivery details on the site, to dispatch packages to customers. This allows us to offer a wider range of stock to our customers, with some products needing to be bought in from suppliers to fulfil orders. In your case, we received your order on the Thursday and dispatched your product the following Monday, so although we would love to be able to send everything sooner than that, it was strictly within our target timescale.
