“Initially ordered a waterproof jacket but didn’t like it, so easy to return, get a refund & purchase a different jacket which I love -pity I couldn’t remember the 10% discount code! Always look at Velovixen first when purchasing new kit & would thoroughly recommend”

“Originally purchased in a small and returned as no mediums available but mentioned on returns slip - VeloVixen contacted me to let me know a medium was now available and asked if i still wanted a return or prefer an exchange. Excellent customer service! :D”
