“I loved my top and shorts. However the second time I wore them I had a nasty accident and my top and shorts were cut off me in A+E. Think I am just as upset by this as the awful injuries I sustained.”

“I phoned to see what was available, as stock seemed limit due to COVID-19 and the assistant was extremely helpful. She suggested two pairs of shorts in my size. I purchased both and I am very pleased with them. They came in the post really quickly too.”

“Can’t fault VeloVixen. I’ve ordered several items, over the past few months, nothing has disappointed me. Any queries Fran is always there to advise. “I have made several purchases from velovixen since lockdown. Orders have been easy to place and returns handled quickly even with the delays in postal services. Emails feel personalised which is nice. A purchase that I'm really pleased with is the iris bib shorts. Very easy to use back fastener and don't dig in at all on the shoulders like another top brand which I tried. Also back clasp is more comfortable for me than at the front. Comfortable chamois and good fit on the legs with no rolling up”

“Hi VeloVixen, I really like the stylish products you sell, however one of the items I returned (costing over £100) has not been credited back to my account. I wrote to you 2 weeks ago and I haven't had anything other than an automated response from you. I do appreciate you are busy, but given the amount of money at stake I would really appreciate an update and my money back. “I love VeloVixen; I think its a great idea run by people who really want to see change. I love the range of stuff available. The only difficulty I have with it is there aren't many budget options, however their sales are great! I also love the atmosphere they create by getting their customers involved; like having a little webinar with female cyclists who discuss things like cycling on your period. Its genuinely refreshing to hear the discussion lead by women, on women's issues, for real women! It would great to see them tackle a wider range of issues rather than just things like "which sunglasses are the best?" (though I recognise kit advice on such things is important); I think they have a great opportunity to address some of the social imbalances in cycling and approach topics like why have women been invisible in the world of cycling for so long? Is a comfy performance saddle just "being weak" or is it achievable? Is there performance gear for the overweight who are just as fit as other, but society currently struggles to accept they may want to improve their performance as well as everyone else? It would be great to see them tackle such issues, and become harbingers of change by making it ok to talk about why these things don't exist yet, and why they absolutely should, and how they could be achievable.”
