“Bought a pair of ladies gloves. Looking at the size chart was a bit hit & miss so ended up with gloves that were too tight. Sent them back and received another (larger) pair within a couple of days. Happy with service, thank you.”

“I have made a couple of purchases now with VV and on both occasions have not been disappointed. The recent purchase was for a new cycle helmet - Lazer- and is perfect for me. “Fantastic service had to return gloves as i ordered the wrong size so straight forward and was refunded within 2 days and notified with what was happening at every stage. “You won’t necessarily get the cheapest gear from Velovixen but you will get the most stylish and highest quality. I love everything I have bought from here, from jerseys, shorts and long tights to jackets and handy Velo pak. I have used my velovixen pak to carry my phone, money and cafe loyalty cards for years. Waterproof and com-act, it’s a must have.”
