Hi, Michelle - so sorry you've had such a wait for your package to get to Australia. We've checked and, although it left us shortly after you placed your order, it has taken over a month to be processed in Australia. It looks like it's a victim of Covid delays for international shipping. By coincidence, the tracking now tells us it finally went from Melbourne to Sydney yesterday, so it shouldn't be long now. Once again, apologies for the delay, but hopefully it will have been worth the wait in the end. Happy cycling, Phil (CEO)

“When I recently fell off my bike, I was very thankful that I was wearing my Velo Vixen helmet which took the entire force of the fall and protected the back of my head. I was able to carry on riding my bike and reached home with no more than a bruised right scapula. My son insisted that I buy a new helmet as I’d damaged it in the fall. I had no hesitation in buying a new Velo Vixen helmet. They are expensive but worth every penny.”

“As a male ordering for my wife, VeloVixen really is helpful. Firstly the designs are different and not identikit female versions of male styles, are strong and not feminized by throwing pink and pastels hoping something works. Secondly, the fitting guidance is not just measurements, fit is well described so a good fit can be ordered for first time success. Lastly, the site works well, delivery is efficient, appropriately packaged, prompt and receipts given. Keep up the strong messages and great service.”

“Very disappointed with my order. I bought two items for my mums birthday and I was sent the wrong size of shorts. When asking for the right size they told me they had none in stock. No other alternatives were advices eg different make. I asked for my money back, which I had to chase up twice in order to get back. They only thing offered was a 15% discount on my next shop. I find this very poor service”

We've been under huge pressure with the demand for cycling kit of late, and very short on pairs of hands, but that doesn't excuse not getting it right.
