the choice online was good - however some of the items I received were extremely seethrough. It would good if the site cools give a better indication of how sizing changes from brand to brand

The products when they arrived eventually were as If hoped. But there was a delay of several weeks before I got them and no communication on estimated delivery when I placed the order. Some it turned out were out of stock and needed to be obtained from suppliers. If the website had information on goods in stock or not and potential delivery dates that would make me more confident of re-ordering if I need things for a particular deadline. I had to chase to find out what was happening and was then given a date that they’d be dispatched that again did not turn out to be the case... Love the company and want to support further but the ordering / delivery process reduced my confidence this time.

The ordering and service was faultless however the cycling shorts I ordered ride up which is disappointing.

I understand that this kind of mails are automatically generated, but asking me to review you before my parcel has arrived, is asking for trouble ;-) Not that I blame you, the order was processed quite fast (for Covid times), but it took more than 2 weeks to UK Royal mail to send my package overseas from their center at Langley, now it's finally in my country and will be delivered within a few days... i hope... When I've sent a mail to you to ask about the delivery procedure a week ago, didn't get an answer. But OK, it's all part of the circumstances I guess. I've ordered on the 2nd of May, a birthday present for my BFF whose birthday was on the 18th of May... Now we are the 26th and I'm still waiting.... thanks UK Royal Mail :-S I'm not a negative person but I just can't give 4 or 5 stars can I?

VV processed and sent the order out quickly, but the parcel has been sitting in Langley HWDC for a week.

No feedback on the despatch of the order and no website available to query or track the order. However an email received a very swift response and the parcel arrived soon afterwards.

Hi, Clare - apologies for the rather amateur communications last week! Our old site was switched off in preparation for our shiny new one to come to life (having been assured we'd have an hour or two of down time) and it was then 4 days until we were back on - hence the lack of website for you to ask questions!
