Hi, Caroline - so sorry about the wrong item. That must have been a pain for you and obviously not a headache we want to inflict on anyone. As for the email, we've scoured our inbox and still can't find your message. “My orders and despatch have invariably been handled with admirable speed and efficiency - I’ve never received the wrong item - and communication has always been excellent. Sadly, with the passing of the years, the range of stock no longer suits this veteran cyclist. It must be due to my age!”

“Velovixen is a very effective and user-friendly company with an exciting range of cycling gear. I have purchased happily many items from them. However their free returns service is a must as sizing is variable...(writing exchange on outer packing is a great idea for prompt responses which other companies could emulate).”

Hi, Hazel - thanks for your review. We totally take your point about stock availability - we'd love to have a more watertight range but 2020's unforeseeable increase in demand has floored a lot of our suppliers in that respect.
