“Products bought as a gift were greatly appreciated. However I paid for next day delivery (which was offered with a time-slot for purchase next to each item -and even made me choose differently as the perfect gift item wasn’t available quite so fast). Delivery took over a week, and even after subtracting a missed delivery (the recipient was in at the time) took much longer than next day and I could have selected the exact item and saved money on next day delivery (and included apologies for a missed birthday).”

“Very pleased, I ordered shorts in a LG, too big, immediately returned and asked for an exchange for a medium. I received an email to say they had sourced some from the supplier, so it may take a while to arrive. In fact, they arrived a few days later, and perfect!”

“I have to admit I am biased when it comes to Velovixen! From the ultra-friendly Facebook community with so much help from other riders as well as the staff on sizing and products, the funky colourways of their products (not to mention the fact that they use normal sized models which makes such a difference) to the speedy delivery service. I love it all which makes ignoring those regular discount offers even harder!”

“Glad I stumbled upon Velovixen a couple of years ago whilst looking for decent bike kit. Delivery is usually fast and customer service/communication is quick when required.
