“Excellent service from John Sweeney and the team. Great car, brilliant psersonal contract rate and brill end to end service. The man that delivered the car was superb...car on transporter...he knew the car inside out, helped hook up my phone and made the delivery of my new car extra special. “As someone new to personal car leasing, I took a critical look at how this works before committing. The information I got from Vehicle Contracts, while always professional and courteous, always left me a little in the dark, particularly about the timing of the whole process. I guess what convinced me that this was a serious operation was after a phone call/credit check with a big manufacturer's dealer who were supplying the car. Only then did I get the full picture of how it all works. I guess I can't complain too much, since I have got a good deal on a great car. It's just that Vehicle contracts went 80% of the way to being perfect in my mind, but left a bit too much to my imagination. I guess that's the price you get for cutting the cost of getting a decent new car parked on your drive. Now I know the system better, I would not hesitate to use Vehicle contracts again.”

Hi Paul Many thanks for taking the time to leave your review. During September we delivered over 200 vehicles to customers many of them had to be registered and delivered before the end of the month. So there was a bit of a rush to complete these! Your executive will stay with your contract for the duration of the lease and hopefully it’s renewal. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact them at any time. We have also taken onboard the points you raised as someone new to leasing. “I've used several vehicle leasing companies over the years, and I can honestly say, the service I've received from Vehicle Contracts Ltd has been exceptional from start to finish! With the quoted PCH, being so competitive, I was expecting my new Audi to have a driven delivery, as I'd received from other leasing companies. However, it was delivered to me in a bespoke, fully enclosed transporter! Plus, the cherry on top! it was outside my house at 9.15 am on the morning of the new registration change. “Overall impressed. Martin is a very personable individual who is clearly keen to meet his customers needs if he can. He is good humoured, courteous at all times and knows his stuff. Due to being impressed by his efforts I recommended him to my daughters who ordered vehicles from him. One of which was delivered early. I have a small gripe and that is that having agreed to a vehicle and rejected the other suppliers I was seeking quotes from, I was then advised that the vehicle would in fact cost more than originally quoted as it came with two factory fitted extras - which I did not want. It is my view that in such circumstances, if it genuinely is not made clear when the quote is given i.e. the fault lies with the supplier rather than some misrepresentation by you guys designed to secure the order, that the supplier should bear the cost of that at your instance - using your undoubted 'buying power' position to secure that. I felt that perhaps a rather more assertive approach could have been adopted when I raised the issue and suggested that was the equitable way of dealing with it.”
