“Really pleased with the service provided by vehicle contracts and my contact Martin Winters. The ordering of the vehicle was quick and simple and I was kept up to date with the delivery of my vehicle. Would deifnately recommend vehicle contracts to friends and family and will look to re-order though them in the future.”

“They were fantastic and very accommodating. The only thing I'd say is, the amount of paperwork involved is ridiculous. But on saying that it's my first time leasing and it's maybe always like that? But overall the staff were amazing, helpful and got me a cracking deal! Thank you”

“I have never leased a car before and throughout this process I have been looked after and dealt with in an extremely professional manner. John and Rhian at VC, and Emma at Audi have been excellent. The car is spot on, and as long as everything carries on in this vein I will definitely consider leasing another car at the end of this period, and will certainly stick with VC when doing so. “Everyone spoken to was friendly and helpful and the vehicle was delivered quickly and efficiently by an extremely nice colleague. The only downside was the lack of detailed communication in between stages e.g. expected delivery time, time final payment would come out of my account etc. I had to do a lot of asking questions when i feel like this information should have been provided to me. Overall - very satisfied customer - would definitely recommend and use again”
