“This is my second car from Vehicle contracts and I must say there was no hesitation on ordering my second Lexus. I have been in hospital for 5 months and my wife was left with the negotiations , which she said was straight forward and easy.. I am now up and recovering and over the moon with the new car.”

“Not great with updating whereabouts. I had to call to find out where the car was as delivered quite late in the day considering the car was being delivered to a work address. A call to say they were delayed would have been appreciated”

Hi Kevin Thank you for the review. Unfortunately for health and safety reasons neither ourselves or the dealer are aloud to contact the delivery driver when they are in transit. All delivery drivers have the customers contact details and ours. In the event they are delayed and delivery will fall outside the delivery window they are instructed to stop and inform the customer of the new ETA. In your case as the arrival was within the delivery window the driver continued their journey. Kind regards Rhian
