Hi Alan, Thank you for ordering from us. We do show a 5-7 working day lead time for despatch on the product page, checkout and order follow-up emails. Your order from the evening of 1st March was processed on the morning of 4th March and despatched on Friday 8th Match - Working day 5 for this order.
