“Ordered mats on a Sunday evening, arrived by the following Wednesday. Much sooner than estimated time. Excellent company, if all their transactions are as simple, speedy and as stress free as mine. One of the best company's I've ever dealt with.”

Hi Jack, I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received along with the registration number of your car?
