“I ordered the wrong mats for my car, but when I enquired about returns for my mistake I was told to keep the incorrect mats & gave my registration number for VM UK to supply me the correct mats FOC ! Brilliant customer service thank you. Might I suggest the ordering system was set-up to only allow orders to be placed on the registration number of the car, therefore stopping the liklihood of errors being made to often, like what I did ?!”
