“If I had wanted pink edging then I would of ordered pink, but I ordered red which nothing like the red in the picture. Obviously just a cheap ripoff company.”

Hi Ross, I'm sorry about the issue with the mats - We haven't heard anything from you, so we were unaware of any issues and have not had the opportunity to look into this. With your mats, the delivery note is included which asks you to get in touch (info@vehichlematsuk.com) if there are any issues so we can sort them out for you. Please could you email me a picture of the mats you have received so I can sort this out? We are absolutely not a rip off company, I think our other reviews can vouch for that, but we cannot fix a problem that we were not aware of. Kind regards, Chris.

“Opted for a heavy weight mat with bright blue trim to match the seats. Perfect fit in the new Nissan Leaf, it’s a 4 year lease so I can be sure the carpets are still in good condition when it goes back. Communication from the company was very good, they happily changed trim colour a day after ordering and communicated fast.”

“I ordered these mats as a result of seeing all the excellent reviews on Trust Pilot. I had looked at other manufacturers with positive results but checking further on Trust Pilot there were a lot of very negative reviews. I'm so glad I opted for Vehicle Mats. The quality is second to none and the fit is better than original Kia mats. And a bonus was they were cheaper than Kia. I got a follow up email asking if the were ok and to get in touch if I am not happy with them or if they were faulty, great customer service.I will never look anywhere else for future purchases. I would highly recommend Vehicle Mats to anyone looking to purchase their next set of excellent quality mats”

“Ordered a set of Black Luxury Car Mats for my Toyota Corolla estate. Brilliant service and the product is better than I expected. Very soft carpet feel. Drivers side has the heel pad too. Thank you. Will be ordering a set of rubber mats for those wet days ahead.”

“Great fit in the Juke but I wished that I had ordered the thicker rubber mats as these are a bit thin. Obviously not the fault of Vehicle Mats UK but couldn't give 5 stars. Delivered about 5 days after my order so great service.”

Hi Stephen, I'm sorry that you feel we were slow to despatch. We do advertise our 5-7 working day lead time on the home page, product page, basket and checkout, we also show the lead times and production schedules in the order confirmation email and order follow up emails. Your order left us on working day 5 and was delivered the following day, so was despatched earlier than the last expected despatch date. Kind regards, Chris.
