I think they are reasonable but I had to carefully remove the second little mat which is bebeath the pedals because my heel constantly got caught on the stitching fixing the little mat to the main drivers mat. Also the rear mats were too wide for my sportage kx3 footwells. Not that wide but too wide to lay flat. Richard

Poor communication Quite expensive I thought the boot mat would fit the whole boot , the luxury car mats are at best just average So I am sorry I wouldn’t recommend

The driver mat did not fit the buttons and was not suitable for a 70 plate citreon c3.

The mats looks good and they all fit except the drivers Mat holes to the clip in and fit my car

The mats were despatched faster than our advertised lead time and arrived with you ahead of the estimated delivery date. It sounds like the wrong year mats have been ordered. Just fit these today, not a very good fit to be honest and they don't attach to anything underneath , should there be velcro to attach to the ones already in the car floor

Bought two front matts for a Vauxhall combo and chose the superior make. How disappointing when they arrived, it appears they are no better quality than those cheap old matts you get with a van. Wouldn’t recomend these matts, your better off going to your car dealer and getting same poor quality. Just not worth the hassle of returning them.

Hi Martin, I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the mats - The grade you ordered is far superior than the OE mats. We did offer to send a pre paid return label to get these back to us for a full refund, which you refused. Kind regards, Chris.

Mats didn’t seem great quality for money and I returned them. To be fair the return was made easy by the company. I would not buy again.

Ordered with fixings to clip on as per OEM mats. Mats received didn't have them.

Hi Kieran, This mat set is fitted with a single metal ring pressed into the mat which fits over the cars floor stud - no additional fixings are required. If the car is missing the floor stud, this may have been removed by a previous owner but can be bought online for a few pounds. We do state in our listings that the mats are supplied with mat clips to fit onto the vehicles floor studs and that floor studs are not supplied. Kind regards, Chris.

Not brilliant holes don't line up on front mats and rear to big will think twice before buying from you in the future

passenger and back mats are half decent but the driver's side is not good at all - not matching the shape and hooks

Hi Petre, I'm sorry about the issue with the drivers mat. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. The mats ordered are for the Hybrid models only - If your car is the Non-Hybrid model this will use a different mat template which we also have available. If there has been a mix up with the order and we have sent the wrong drivers mat, we will replace this quickly for you. Please, could you drop me a picture of the driver's mat you have received and your registration number to info@vehiclematsuk.com so I can look into the issue with the driver's mat? The mats are the correct size and fit the car well, but are too thin and fairly poor quality for the price paid.

Hi Steven, As discussed late last week, Royal Mail are returning the parcel to us as you had missed the house number from your delivery address. The return parcel has not arrived with us yet, but I have asked for another set to be made today to leave us in the next 48 hours with the house number added. I would be very grateful if you would revise this review when the replacements arrive as the non-delivery was not our error. Kind regards, Chris.

Hi Rob, I'm sorry that the velcro dots have not arrived with you - I posted these first class on Monday 9th November. Unfortunately, this review was the first I was aware that they had not arrived. Good quality overall but the holes on the driver seat don’t match my car. Not a big difference but big enough not fit correctly.

We have 3 different templates for the Fabia so it's likely that you have selected the wrong template for your car. Ordered mats arrived in good time and in great condition placed in car but did not fit lugs which hold mats in place about an inch to narrow so 1 side sticks up at all time bit disappointed was told these mats made for this car only 20 £ I no compaird with 100£ at maindealer but mats don’t fit will give more thought in future as to who I order off
