“The holding studs on the drivers mat came apart as soon as they were clipped on. I tried to attach the the two halves of the studs with no success. Very poor.”

Hi Mike, Thank you for ordering from us. I'm sorry about the issue with the clips - It sounds like they were damaged in transit. We were completely unaware of this issue until we saw this review as you have not been in touch with us. We are always happy to sort out any issues, no matter how minor! This is also why we include a section on our delviery note to show what to do if there are any issues, and we send a follow up email a few days after delviery to check everything was okay with the purchase. I will arrange to post a full set of replacement clips out to you to fix this issue - The clips simply snap together through the clip hole on the mat. Kind regards, Chris.

“I found VehicleMats UK on a web search. The mats for my car MG were made to order and you have a choice of colour, embroidery and quality. The mats are good quality, very reasonably priced and sent to my home address and P&P was included. The service was excellent from start to finish.”
