“Received mats for one of my cars - but the drivers mat fixing didn’t line up to the OEM clip. I got in touch and sent an image of the issue with the mat and never heard anything again .. little disappointed..”

Hi Richard, You mention in your review that they are not a good fit in your Mazda CX-3. I have just checked your order and the mats that you have ordered are for the Mazda 3 model and not the CX-3. I'd like the opportunity to get this sorted out for you. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please, could you drop me an email to info@vehiclematsuk.com and on Monday morning I will send over a pre-paid returns label to get this mat set back t ous and i will arrange a replacement order for the correct mat set for your Mazda CX-3. Hi Michael, We do show a 3-7 working day lead time on our home page in 2 places, the product page, checkout and the order confirmation email. There is also a reminder of the lead time in our order processing email that you will have received when the order was processed onto our system. We do use a 48hr delivery service, but this is a delivery time and not a despatch time as all our mats are made to order. The earliest a mat would be expected to leave is working day 3, plus 2 working days for delivery so your mats arriving on day 6 is the faster end of our expected delivery dates. Kind regards, Chris.

“The mats took a while to come (at least 2 weeks) but I was kept informed. They don't quite match up and the holes are in the wrong place but they will do.”

Hi Emma, I'm sorry about the issue with the mats. I've just checked our system and can see that you ordered Honda CR-V 2006-2012 mats. We have 3 alternative templates to the set you selected for your car, we have 2 alternative mat shapes and options for manual or automatic models. Please could you send me your registration number to info@vehiclematsuk.com and will arrange to exchange these for the correct mats? We do quote a 5-7 working day lead time for despatch on all our mats as they are made to order. Your order from the evening of 24th July was processed on 25th July and despatched on 1st August meeting our 5 working day target. I look forward to hearing from you so we can resolve this issue.
