“Beautiful stools which look great. There is a slight wobble but I think this is just inherent in a screw raising action seat. And it’s not enough for me to worry about.”

“I phoned before I placed my first order and the man I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The order arrived exactly as requested (named day). Excellent service. I ordered more items and there was a slight problem with delivery but nothing that wasn't quickly sorted out via email. (I gave 4 rather than 5 stars because I requested a weekend delivery but received my order earlier due to a warehouse issue. However I was notified of this and given instructions on how to rearrange delivery if I wasn't available to receive my order). I would buy from here again.”

“Great products. Communication could be improved- there was quite a delay between ordering and dispatch - an email update every couple of weeks would have been helpful. Instead I had to contact vaunt to check for an update.”

“The item received looks nothing like what is on the website On e mailing the company they stated it is made from real wood so could look different….no where on the website is this stated They offered a 10% refund which I feel was an absolute joke or for the item to be returned however collection would be midweek which doesn’t suit me as I work and will Not be taking a day off due to no fault of mine”

“Sadly I can say this is the worst service I have received from a company; which is unfortunate as the products are lovely. I ordered a number of items, the first batch came in an orderly and fairly fast delivery time. The items are perfect (pouffe and marble candle stick holders). The console table arrived faulty with mould, water damage and rust, reported and was agreed to be returned and collection to be made within a week. Collection was not made, several contact was made by myself for an update (never from Vaunt). Given dates and no collection made or communication from Vaunt or their delivery company. When I spoke to the owner, he was very quick to tell me 'these things happen and they cannot guarantee what the delivery company does'. He said I was harassing them and being a bully by calling every other day to get an update. He was extremely aggressive and rude. Eventualy the item was collected. I requested a refund. It has now been over two weeks since they have the unit and I still have not received my refund. I have emailed to find out the time frame all that was said is that 'it will take a while'. No respect for customers or their time. I would completely avoid buying anything from them because it's a 50/50 chance your transaction will go smoothly. I only read reviews from others after I had issues and wish I read them earlier because even the way Vaunt responded to people is rude and not acceptable. I will not be ordering anything from them EVER again. Zero stars because of the customer service and the level of disrespect from the owner/manager.”
