We have been aboard Panorama II twice, once sailing in the Dodekanes in September 2013 and in April 2014 circumnavigating the Peloponnes. In both instances we enjoyed our cruises very much - the size of the ship was perfect, to make you feel like being on a private cruise, the crew was extremely competent and friendly, trying to anticipate our all our wishes and almost always succeeding! Except for the the fact, that we still want to travel to other parts of the world as well, we would sail again and again on Panorama II

I had a tour of islands in the Aegean. This was my first time on any "cruise" boat bigger than a private yacht, and it was lovely. We got to know everyone, we could swim off the boat in uninhabited bays on various islands, we visited several beautiful, tranquil and fascinating islands that we would never have seen otherwise.

I have been on a large cruise ship but disliked it intensely therefore I was very concerned about this choice to see the Greek Islands. We had an amazingly wonderful time. This small cruise was perfect. Staff were fantastic, food good, itinerary great, comfort level very high in all aspects. Worth our 25 hour plane ride from Australia...............

Aegean Odyssey Panaroma II - This was out first ever cruise and even though we had never cruised before we knew we were not the type to go on one of those large cruise ships that held thousand's of people. This was our primary reason for choosing Variety. Once on the cruise we found the ship, accommodations, crew, food, friendly & fun atmosphere and camaraderie amongst other guests, ability to visit out of the way places, in fact everything about the cruise totally exceeded our expectations. There is nothing that I can even think of that I would consider as a negative or as being less than perfect……the Aegean was a bit cooler for swimming than we expected - that was it.

Our experience on the Harmony V as we cruised the Rivers of West Africa was a welcomed combination of education, exposure and entertainment. The staff seemed to have been hand selected to optimize each passenger's travel experience. Assan, was well informed of The Gambia's history, bird and wild life, culture, traditions and village life. Mr. Dimetri (sp) made sure that he and the staff were anticipatory of the comforts that enhanced our cruise. We were very impressed with Constantine's dedication to the school in the village. We have been consistently collecting school supplies since we returned to the US. We will be contacting you for instructions on how to get these supplies to your headquarters for delivery in The Gambia. We have told family and friends about the experience and have recommended Variety to them all. We are planning our next small ship cruise with Variety. Thank you for be a high quality, service-based, customer-focused business that resulted in our outstanding cruise experience. Bashiri and Tengemana Thumbutu

M V Harmony on The Gambia River. We had a great time .It was a new experience for us as we had either had Bare Boat Charters and looked after ourselves or been on much larger ships. I think all these formats have their advantages. In September we are trying something else again on a Gulet in Turkey. The crew on the Harmony were great and we could not fault the whole experience.

Our experience far exceeded our expectation. The food was very good, plenty of choices and prepared very well. Cabin service was wonderful, room kept clean at all times, fresh towels and toiletry. Hotel manager, Mr. Spirosis and cruise director, Dietmar were friendly and accomodating to all guests. The excursions offered were first rate but not oversold. If a guest preferred a quiet day all still helpful with suggestions. Travel agenda was great. Love the small cruise option. Saw places the big ships cannot go. Loved it. Would take another trip.

Our trip to Casta Rica and the Panama canal was an enjoyable experience made even better by the crew and facilities on the Variety Voyager. This small friendly mega yacht suited us perfectly for the voyage with its comfortable rooms, lounge and dining room. Food was excellent and the service second to none The excursions were well priced and escorted by knowledgeable staff and guides taking us through the various reserves and the trip through the locks at the canal was a great experience. We would certainly use the cruise line again and we have already been recommending Variety Cruises to our friends. Thanks for a great holiday. Alan and Deryn Key

My cruise was around the Greek Islands and Turkey, I believe it was the Aegean Odyssy and the boat was Pan Orama II. I absolutely loved it! The crew was amazing, our cruise director Ninna was wonderful and I loved all of the places we visited. I participated in all of the guided tours provided and I'm so glad I did! I want to go back and do it again. The rest of the guests were wonderful, we got to know each other and had a blast! Our captain Demetris was also excellent and he even danced with us when we had the traditional Greek dancers come on board. I highly recommend this company and trip!

Seychelles Cruise - From March 29, 2014 - 5 days This was one of our best holiday experiences ever! Every day meant a new island to explore and was far more enjoyable than the normal hotel stay. With a small number of passengers the crew were most attentive and the food really amazing. There was never time to be bored and we would particularly like to thank Donny for his positive input into our time on board "Pegasus". Next time we would like to stay for the full 7 days and have recommended this cruise to several friends and family and our travel agent!!

I went on the M/S Galileo Jewels of the Cyclades Variety Cruises with my sister in May 2014 and we had a fabulous time! We are in our mid 20s and we were by far the youngest on the trip but we were really early in the season. We didn't have to deal with crowds but the water was much too cold for swimming so if you want to swim choose a later summer date. This was my first cruise and it was nice being able to stay on the boat and see so many islands in one trip. The boat fits about 40 passengers and ~10crew. It is not luxury accommodations but you are very well taken care of and comfortable. There is a main dining room on the first floor and the cabins are down below. We had a standard room with town beds - its really small, really only enough room to sleep in but thats all you really need. There is a closet with a safe and room to keep your suitcases under the bed. Each room has an attached bathroom. They provide towels and beach towels and there is a hair dryer but it didn't work super well. We never went hungry - breakfast was usually at 8:30 or 9 and they had eggs, french toast/pancakes, bacon and other meats, cheeses and breads. The lunch/dinner meal was always filling and tasted good. There is a bar in the main lounge with a wonderful bartender and daily drink specials for 4euros. There are 2 decks for lounging and the top deck has great lounge chairs where we got a lot of sun. We spent most of our time on the islands. We did the paid excursion to santorini and it was definitely worth the money - you go to and archeological dig site and the town of Oia where we chose to stay and watch the sun set. Highly recommend. On most of the islands it is really easy to grab a bus or cab to explore. We would recommend this trip as a great way to see the Greek Islands!

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are excited to hear that your first cruise experience has been so positive. As you mentioned, all Variety Cruises itineraries focus indeed on the destination by allowing ample leisure time in each port of call, so that our guests will take back home not only the memory of a cruise, but also the memory of a place. We hope to welcome you back on board with us again. Kind regards, Variety Cruises

We have taken part in a trip around the Peloponnesis and enjoyed ourselves tremendously due to the captain and his crew who stirred us savely through all kinds of weather, the wonderful purser with his girls who made the stay onboard really comfortable, even when I got some problems with my back! Not to forget the chef de cuisine (we hope you can keep him!) and his staff in the kitchen. Every meal was delicate and we were always looking forward to the next! There was not much to see of Christina, but you felt that she cared when we came back to our cabin. Thanks to all of you!

We took part in a trip around the Peloponnesis and enjoyed ourselves tremendously due to the captain and his crew who stirred us savely through all kinds of weather, the wonderful purser with his girls who made the stay onboard really comfortable, remembering the small details we had asked for so that we got what we wanted without asking for it twice! Not to forget the chef de cuisine (we hope you can keep him!) and his staff in the kitchen. Every meal was delicate and we were always looking forward to the next! There was not much to see of Christina, but you felt that she cared when we came back to our cabin. Thanks to all of you!
