Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that you felt the prices for postage were high. The prices for International Postage are charged at cost price, meaning we only charge what the postal service charges to us. All our delivery prices can be found on our Delivery Information page, the shipping calculator at checkout and each product page on the Delivery & Refunds tab, so we are very transparent about how much the shipping cost will be prior to your purchase. Was this the only reason for the 2 star review? We would appreciate if you could reconsider your star rating to reflect the service which was provided and if there were any other issues we can certainly work with you to resolve this.
