“I’ve been disappointed with how they operate to be honest. They advertise NEXT DAY delivery (24hr delivery) and you maybe don’t receive your order for a few days. You’ll maybe get an order confirmation in a day then another email a day later to say your order is complete. Their excuse is covid this covid that but I’ve ordered from other places and they don’t have an issue.”

Hi Craig Sorry to hear that you've had issues with your orders from us. I can see that you made an order on the 5th July that we dispatched on the 6th due to a higher volume of orders during our 20% off sale. We do show postage cut-off as 12pm for orders to ship the same day. Looking at the delivery confirmation it shows this was delivered on the 7th for you. We don't advertise next day delivery, we offer Royal Mail 24 which is their first class service which can be up to 3 working days however most orders are delivered next working day. If you can drop me an email to sales@vapourdepot.com with when you received your order dispatched / order complete notifications and I can check to see if there is any reason for the delays in the emails being delivered to you. “Normally buy wholesale but got bored of flavours. Very good in porive i also love the bottles they come in . Other places i have brought from would be leaking by the time it would get to ireland butno nicley packaged. Will def be back”

“The eliquids are good quality but the packaging and bottles are not really strong enlough for international deliveries. When I opened the package all the contents were soaked in eliquid. It won't put me off re-ordering at least once more.”
