“Always great delivery and service, however slightly worrying is the delay in batteries for E cigarettes, appreciate the pandemic causes everyone delivery problems, though its beginning to worry us as their were issues with battery life a year ago, which they were great in overcoming, currently while we are truly very happy with Vapour we need to replace our batteries asap ?”

“Having bought often its always been a good service until now,my last order i was informed had been delivered and i had signed for it,and i had not,and the photo taken of the entrance to my supposed home was nowhere like my home,it had paving stones of which i have non. and i had'nt even recieved the goods.i contacted Vapour and they immediately sent a replacement,but 5 days later a guy called and wanted to collect the package fgs,and i refused as i had paid for it,and i cannot for the life of me think how on earth anyone could get this so wrong.And why did the delivery company say i had signed for it, it is a disgrace.And i told them to come and take a look at my property ,and to also bring my so called signature with them. i cant help thinking they employ a lot of foreigners who cant read English. However,overall i have found Vapour to be excellent and normally a very swift delivery.”

“Tried to change my order minutes after I realised I'd ordered the wrong flavour of e-liquid. 2 phone calls and an email got no response, so I'm left with £25 worth of the wrong thing. IMO the essence of online shopping is good customer service, and that includes contact when things go wrong. Won't be using them again.”

“Exactly what I ordered, delivery was in the time scale, even in these difficult times. Would recommend, superb. The way it is at this moment in time with the covid19 don't hesitate stay safe stay indoors. Hope I get a duplicate parcel for the comments.”
