“I have recently received 10 menthol cigalikes, which were not in a sealed box. 2 of the individual boxes were empty. I have written to customer services. Strangely, no response!”

“Good service normally but I would say that I am disappointed that when items are out of stock such as battery chargers below (this happens quite often) you stand to loose your discount when they do appear again on line; ie: discount code has expired and need urgently so cannot wait for next offer. In addition I was not given the option of an email advising me when they were back in stock meaning I had to keep going on line to check. Sadly poor customer service in my book.”

“I've been using Vapour since the days it was Vapourlites but over the last year, the breadth of products and customer service has noticeably declined. Unanswered emails, and no help with offering alternative products for those discontinued or out of stock (such as eVod Spinner batteries), is a poor customer experience. The inability to use discount codes on Xpacks is another gripe - even at £2.50 a bottle, the fluids are significantly more expensive than those offered by other vape retailers.”

“If i could give it ZERO stars i would. Emailed kn day of next day delivery to say they were actually out of stock and would have to refund me. Im disabled and cant get out to shops to order what i need.”

“These customized are very good just right for me but recently had a couple that have been empty hope this doesn't happen to often, because I like these better than any I have tried they are just like the taste of real tobbaco”

“I have been buying my e liquid from Vapour.com and from the previous incarnation. Always very quick delivery. I changed to vaping originally because of nagging from my ex wife, best thing she did for me, enough said. Vapour have supplied me with coils, battery's, mods, tanks, well pretty much everything I currently use. Only slight niggle, since updating there is less hardware.”
