“Products are excellent, both hardware and liquid. Delivery is acceptable. I do ,however, have a real problem with the instructions included with new hardware particularly basic instructions on how to fill the tanks and how to replace coils. I recently bought a Ventus 1100 and (I do not consider myself an idiot) but I couldn't figure out how or by how much I could fill the tank. A bit more included instructions would be really useful.”

“I love the disposable cigarettes as they are lifelike and give you a nice hit. They don't last as long as I would like but it's much better then smoking real cigarettes. I've tried the rechargeable ones but they're not as lifelike or as satisfying as the disposables.”

“I’ve been using Vapour for over 4 years and mostly it’s been fine but over the last year I have had to chase up delivery twice and customer service were not overly helpful sadly. If a pacakage doesn’t arrive you have to wait 10 working days before they will do anything which means you are in limbo for ages plus needing your items sooner than that. This means I now order more in advance to ensure there are no issues. Would be nice for the discount to work on XL packs of liquid too!!”

“Excellent service and especially excellent helpful staff !! My only disappointment is sometimes the Cartomises are nicotine free when I have ordered 16 mg !! Can be very frustrating when out for the day or evening etc.”
