“I received my vape yesterday. but the liquid that was recommended poured right back out again... I tried so many dif ways to resolve it,but nothing was working so i contacted the Vape message/ email site and they told me to do the same things i had already tried. i told the company i will post it off this morning but i have not had any contact since them.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD”

“Always had polite efficient service over the years. Still have one tiny bug bear. I normally buy 4x50 packs of ecigs at a time. I always get a few duds either nothing in them or the thread has gone in the screw. I would say on average I get 10 out of 200 I just throw away. But all in all your the favourite supplier I've settled on. Thank you for a excellent web site and excellent reliable service.”
