“The only person by phone to rely on consistantly is a lady called Tracy. She always gets my orders correct. Unfortunately the man on the phone number does not!! In future when phoning my order I will only deal with Tracy!”

“I have recently received 10 menthol cigalikes, which were not in a sealed box. 2 of the individual boxes were empty. I have written to customer services. Strangely, no response!”

“Good service normally but I would say that I am disappointed that when items are out of stock such as battery chargers below (this happens quite often) you stand to loose your discount when they do appear again on line; ie: discount code has expired and need urgently so cannot wait for next offer. In addition I was not given the option of an email advising me when they were back in stock meaning I had to keep going on line to check. Sadly poor customer service in my book.”

“Delivery was really quick unfortunately the taste of these are awful. Make me feel quite ill in fact. I'm unable to vape with these so have had to buy some different ones. A bit of a waste of money.”

“I did not get what I ordered. 4 days later was without the nicotine levels I need. No reply to my email. 2nd email no reply. Called up and was resolved really well. For some reason they'd not received my recent emails. Sent out replacement and paid for me to return the wrong item. Pretty good service in the end :)”
