“I have not always found you web site easy to use, but some of the problems could be due to my stopping what I call junk mail. I have had on occasion to actually phone you which is ok. Overall I am very pleased with your service as my orders do arrive on time.”

I’ve been using a competitor (Vype) for some time and have tired of their appalling customer service, inaccurate and unclear billing and pricing, and extortionate prices. “I have used cigalikes for some 10 months and I find Vapour to be the very best. Product is excellent, service second to none and price very acceptable. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always do their best. I can't speak too highly of this company and their staff / service. EXCELLENT.”
