“This wasn’t the product I was looking for but you had been out of stock of the 20mg for a number of weeks so I had to but these ones instead. The customer service was excellent though.”

“Vapour delivers promptly but the 'life' of the coils is VERY variable. the batteries have a better life. I now have six FAILED coils and several 'spare' batteries BUT, with their 'Special offers' one can buy a new EVOD 650( to include the coil and the battery) at half the price of buying just a replacement coil. AMAZING or ? shocking!”

“Ordered and paid for 6mg strength because they had sold out of my usual 12mg. Got an email saying the order had been dispatched. Then two days later received another email saying they were out of stock of 6mg and would I accept 3mg. Decided and asked for refund, which was done promptly.”
