“A very good and reliable service that's worth signing up to for offers. Own brand items exude quality with their packaging - although the packaging feels excessive in these times. On the minus side it is hard to find information both on what goes with what as well as instructions on how to use anything. For example I failed to find instructions on setting up the Nato tank or battery charging. If anything, the instructions are too general and lacking. That's lazy.”

“Great products, fast delivery service! Would have been 5* but due to the fact customer service is awful! They never ever reply to emails and If I phone them, I'm lucky if the call is answered. Really is just the customer service that lets them down!”
