“I’ve been using Vapour for over 4 years and mostly it’s been fine but over the last year I have had to chase up delivery twice and customer service were not overly helpful sadly. If a pacakage doesn’t arrive you have to wait 10 working days before they will do anything which means you are in limbo for ages plus needing your items sooner than that. This means I now order more in advance to ensure there are no issues. Would be nice for the discount to work on XL packs of liquid too!!”

“I started using Vapourlites electronic cigarettes after I gave up smoking, working down the different strengths of nicotine till I got to 6mg strength menthol flavour Cartomizers. I have stuck with these as they are just right for me. The ease of use factor, no solutions to play around with, just keep the batteries charged, are an additional appeal for me. Also they don't produce too much water vapour like some products which make people look like old puffing steam trains!!”
