“I find your website very easy to navigate and my order invariably arrives the next day. I also get a text message to say when it will be delivered and who will be bringing it. I cannot see that your service could be improved upon.”

“I had been smoking for around 45 years, and I didn’t want to pack up! However, I was the only one in my family and circle of friends who smoked. I was getting fed up with stained fingers and teeth and the wheezing and coughing were becoming a nuisance. I tried the e-cigarettes, the service was brilliant and quick and I’ve not smoked for 6 months. I’m feeling so much better and not missing tobacco at all. Fantastic product, great service and very quick delivery”

“I have been a customer for quite a few years now, and always had excellent service. The liquids are great quality, I haven't found anything better anywhere else. Delivery is often next day. And the one time I had to return something, the refund was made without any problems. Big thumbs up!”
